At Church Boom, We Believe No Pastor Should Have to Lead Alone
Too many pastors are carrying ministry in silence. They are preaching, counseling, leading staff, managing volunteers, making financial decisions, caring for families, and trying to grow the church, often without a coach, a trusted peer group, or a safe place to be honest.
That is not how ministry was meant to work.
The Church Boom Network is not just another program or platform. It is the relational core of Church Boom: a tribe of like-minded lead pastors walking together in life and ministry. It is a place to be known, encouraged, sharpened, and reminded that you still have people in your corner.
Because healthy, growing churches are led by healthy, growing pastors.
Built Around Connection, Care, and Coaching
Everything in the Church Boom Network is built around three priorities: Connection, Care, and Coaching. These are not slogans. They are how we support pastors for the long haul.
Connection
Connection is the relational heartbeat of the Network.
Pastors need more than content. They need people who understand the weight of ministry because they are carrying it too. Through peer relationships, Network groups, in-person gatherings, and ongoing conversation inside the Circle community, pastors build real friendships with other leaders who are hungry to grow, lead well, and stay healthy.
This is where pastors celebrate wins, process challenges, pray for one another, and remember they are not alone.
Care
Care helps pastors protect their soul, health, and calling.
Pastoral health cannot be treated like an afterthought. The Church Boom Network creates space for pastors to slow down, evaluate the condition of their soul, and build healthier rhythms for the long haul. Through soul care, encouragement, practical support, and access to trusted resources when needed, the Network helps pastors lead from a place of greater health, not exhaustion.
Care is not optional here. It is foundational.
Coaching
Coaching helps pastors keep moving forward.
Every pastor needs someone in their corner who can help them see what they cannot see, ask better questions, and take practical next steps. Through Network groups, trained coaches, leadership development, and access to additional coaching opportunities, pastors receive practical support for the real challenges of leading a church.
Because amateurs learn through trial and error, but professionals get coached.

Funding a Movement of Rescue

Church Boom is all about two things: coaching pastors and rescuing churches. Plain and simple. Through the generosity of pastors and churches in the Network, more leaders receive coaching, more churches receive help, and more communities have the opportunity to be served by a healthy, thriving church.
This is not about pressure. It is about alignment.
Some Network churches are under 100 people. Others are over 5,000. Every church gives differently. What matters is that we are in this together, doing what we can to help pastors stay healthy and churches stay alive.

Ways Churches Can Participate
Ongoing Monthly Giving
Set up a recurring monthly gift that helps provide coaching and support for pastors and churches.
A Percentage of Non-Designated Tithes and Offerings
Commit a percentage of regular giving toward the mission of coaching pastors and rescuing churches.
Host a Rescue Sunday
Invite your congregation to participate in the mission by giving toward Church Rescue and becoming monthly supporters.
Your generosity helps put a coach in a pastor's corner, gives a church a plan, and keeps the light of Jesus shining in communities that need a thriving local church.

I want to personally welcome you to the Church Boom Network. I am so glad you are here.
I know the weight pastors carry because I carry it too. I currently serve as the Lead Pastor of C3 Church in Canal Winchester, Ohio. We planted the church in November 2006, and since then, we have continued to grow and plant other churches from our church.
Over the years, I have learned that pastors need more than information. We need connection. We need care. We need coaching. We need people who will celebrate with us, pray with us, challenge us, and walk with us through every season of ministry.
That is why this Network matters so much to me.
My hope is that you do not just see this as another group to join. I hope you see it as a tribe to belong to and a mission to help carry. Together, we are strengthening pastors, rescuing churches, and helping the local church thrive.
